After a decade of organizing and resistance, EPNI won the opportunity to convert the Roof Depot warehouse into a bustling community hub and indoor urban farm. This is a historic environmental justice win for Minneapolis, and just the start.

Now, we are preparing to buy the site from the city and lay down the foundations for this transformative project. A big coalition of community support got us to this point — and we need you with us every step of the way.
