Priscilla Trinh

Community Empowerment Director

Priscilla (she/her) joined EPNI in Spring 2026. She came into movement work as a hydroponics researcher, food sovereignty organizer, Line 3 pipeline resistance member, and child of Vietnamese refugees/immigrants.

Priscilla has been following the EPNI fight since 2021. As Director of the new Community Empowerment program, she and Alejandro will connect with residents and weave community voices to develop leadership structures to steward the next phase of the Roof Depot acquisition and site planning. Additionally, the Community Empowerment program will provide financial literacy education opportunities so all neighbors receive transparent information as stakeholders in future decisions. 

Priscilla also serves as the volunteer Director of Communications at the Post Growth Institute and editorial board member at the Minnesota Women’s Press. She is a former Council of Advisors member at the World Food Prize Foundation and a founding member of The Overstory Alliance. Priscilla holds a B.S. in Sustainable Systems Management with double minors in Food Systems (organic agriculture) and Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. 

Priscilla has grown up on Očhéthi Šakówiŋ lands / Minnesota with roots in Worcester, MA. When not working, she can be found outside (likely near a body of water) or in the kitchen.
