In Memorial: Carol Pass

Founding Board Member Carol Pass advocated for environmental justice in the Phillips neighborhood for decades. She is sorely missed by her family and friends, but her work lives on in the unprecedented political power and economic opportunities that the East Phillips community now wields against oppressive forces. Her contributions will forever be woven into the fabric of this project, and the neighborhood of East Phillips.
